Do you offer direct billing?

We offer direct billing to most major group insurance plans. Please note, we are unable to direct bill a personal insurance plan. 

Which companies are participating insurers at Movement Chiropractic?

Currently we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. If you have any questions regarding our ability to bill your insurance, please phone the clinic and we wil be glad to discuss direct billing options. 

Can you bill multiple insurance providers?

Yes! We are able to bill both a primary and secondary insurance provider for the same appointment. Please note, some insurance plans do not allow direct billing when they are the patients secondary coverage.

Can you direct bill for custom orthotics?

We do not provide direct billing to any insurance provider for custom orthotics. We are able to provide all necessary receipts/forms needed for you to submit a claim after payment is made. 

What if my insurance does not cover the appointment?

The total cost of the appointment is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. We cannot guarantee that payment will be processed each time. A receipt will be given and you may then follow up with your provider to rectify any issue.
