Whether you’re dealing with musculoskeletal discomfort, anxiety, digestive issues, or the challenges of menopause, Erin is here to help guide you on your journey to wellness. She focuses on treating the whole person, recognizing that the body is interconnected, and true health requires stress-free living and optimal energy flow.

When she’s not helping clients feel their best, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four kids. Whether it’s running them to activities, coaching soccer, or enjoying time at the family cabin, she loves being surrounded by her loved ones.
